Stress Free Cake Supports
were developed to help cake decorators build a more
solid, stable wedding cake. It has exceeded those goals
and now is used for multiple other purposes. Traditionally
cakes have been stacked with dowels or straws. This
method for wedding cake design was unstable, and time
consuming for the decorator, and a nightmare to transport.
The Stress Free Cake Supports
are a set of stainless steel discs with threaded bolts
welded on the disc. Delrin legs are threaded onto the
bolts forming a solid support to use to support your
wedding cake design. For complete technique see cake
support section. This design has revolutionized
stacked cakes, and is now being used by caterers for
multi-dimensional serving systems. |
